1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the kkb platform at kkb.today (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and kkb (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. kkb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed upon login.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the kkb Platform. By completing registration, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. kkb takes its age-verification obligations seriously. We may request documentary evidence of your age at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

If you are found to be under 18 years of age, your account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made will be returned, but any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be voided and forfeited. kkb will not pay winnings to any person who was underage at the time the relevant bets were placed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The kkb Platform is operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino activity is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of kkb complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. kkb makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Account Registration

To use the full range of kkb services, you must create a registered account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes. kkb may verify the information provided at any time and suspend your account if discrepancies are found.

Each individual may open exactly one account on the kkb Platform. Opening more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Detected duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balance may be voided at kkb's discretion.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your account will be your sole responsibility regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kkb's support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3. Account Obligations

By maintaining a kkb account you agree to the following obligations at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You will provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information and update it whenever it changes.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that facilitates match-fixing or sports corruption.
• You will not attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be void.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• You will not engage in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of event outcome across multiple platforms where such activity is prohibited by these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction as they relate to online gambling and sports betting.
• You acknowledge that kkb's decisions regarding bet settlement, account management, and bonus eligibility are final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kkb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank direct transfers may be available subject to your account verification status. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on kkb is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by kkb, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly and credited to your account balance in real time. kkb does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may levy their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

All funds deposited must originate from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. kkb will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. kkb targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket under standard conditions. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days depending on your card issuer's processing times.

kkb reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and does not imply that your account is under suspicion. Requested documents may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days of the request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Funds that have been received as a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being removed from your balance.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on kkb are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a payment is made in a foreign currency, kkb will convert the amount at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. kkb is not responsible for any exchange-rate losses incurred as a result of currency conversion.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Bets may only be placed by registered, verified players with sufficient funds in their account balance. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by kkb, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is the player's responsibility to ensure all bet details — including the event, selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming a wager.

kkb reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where the outcome may already be known at the time of placement, bets placed in error at clearly incorrect odds, or bets placed by players who kkb has reasonable grounds to believe are involved in irregular betting activity.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each betting market on the Platform and vary by sport, market type, and event. kkb reserves the right to alter individual player stake limits at any time based on the player's betting profile, without prior notification. Players who consistently place maximum-stake bets on markets where they demonstrate consistent profitability may be subject to reduced stake limits.

5.3 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets, results are confirmed according to ICC or the relevant domestic board's official declaration. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, kkb's decision on settlement shall be final, subject to the complaints process outlined in these Terms.

If an event is abandoned, postponed, or void, bets on that event will generally be settled as void and stakes returned to player balances unless the specific market rules published on the Platform state otherwise. kkb publishes sport-specific and market-specific rules on the Platform; players are responsible for reading these before placing bets.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspended betting periods during key moments of an event (for example, during a wicket review in cricket or a VAR review in football). kkb uses automated systems to manage suspension triggers. Bets placed during a suspension window will be rejected. kkb is not liable for any technological delays between the physical event and the live data feed that may, in rare circumstances, result in bets being accepted at stale odds; such bets may be voided.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

kkb offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for matters relating solely to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for a given bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion. Bonus funds that remain unwagered at the expiry of the promotion period will be forfeited automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

kkb reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, including through the creation of duplicate accounts, the use of third-party funds, coordinated betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy that kkb deems to constitute abuse of its promotional offers. In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, kkb may permanently close the account and retain any associated balance.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

kkb is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and responsible gambling environment for all players. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming on the kkb Platform.

7.1 Deposit Limits

All players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account dashboard. These limits take effect immediately upon being set. Reducing an existing deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active, providing players with time to reconsider their decision.

7.2 Session Time Limits

Players can set a maximum session duration for each login session. Once the session time limit is reached, kkb will prompt the player to take a break. The player will need to actively choose to continue or log out. Session time limits can be set and adjusted from the account dashboard at any time.

7.3 Cooling-Off Period

Players who wish to take a short break from gambling can activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but no deposits or bets can be placed. The cooling-off period cannot be lifted early. Players who require a longer break are advised to activate the self-exclusion option instead.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling has become or is at risk of becoming a problem can activate self-exclusion from the account dashboard or by contacting kkb support directly via live chat or email. Self-exclusion periods are available for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 5 years. During self-exclusion, the account is fully locked — no deposits, bets, or account access is possible. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated; they can only be extended.

Upon expiry of a self-exclusion period, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period is automatically applied before the account can be reactivated. This gives the player additional time to reflect before resuming gambling activity.

7.5 Reality Checks

Players can activate reality check notifications that provide a pop-up reminder at set intervals (every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours) showing the total time spent in the current session and the net result of their gambling activity during that session. Reality checks can be activated from the responsible gaming section of the account dashboard.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your kkb account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your designated payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met. Account closure does not release you from any outstanding obligations under these Terms that arose prior to closure.

8.2 Closure by kkb

kkb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or prohibited betting software.
• Failure to comply with document verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• Any other conduct that kkb reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its player community.

In cases of account closure due to suspected fraud or criminal activity, kkb reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where required by law, to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

8.3 Complaints Procedure

If you believe kkb has acted unfairly in relation to your account or any bet settlement, you may submit a formal complaint by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Please include your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant reference numbers. kkb will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days. All decisions made pursuant to the complaints procedure are final.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kkb makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions, and it is the player's responsibility to ensure compliance with local law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. kkb's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.6 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
